You may bring books for sale, put a 3 X 5 card in each one with your name, full address, and price of book. There will a 10% handling charge for every book sold.

Note: Non-members may purchase individual lunch tickets for $35 (each) for lunches Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel before May 1, 2012 you get a full refund.  If you cancel after May 1 but before June 15, you get a 50% refund.  If you cancel after June 15, no refund. In any case of a cancellation, you can elect to simply have your conference fee held over until the next conference.
